#1: listen to a song that makes you feel happy, energized, relaxed

#2: drink a glass of water

#3: journal 1-3 sentences

#4: create a mantra and say it to yourself

#5: take 5 deep breaths

#6: text a friend or talk to a rock

#7: light a candle or incense

#8: practice gratitude

#9: go outside, or open a window

#10: find a moment of solitude - even if that means locking yourself in the bathroom

#11: laugh and/or cry
